Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

    - Standard (3–5 business days) — Free on orders of $25 or more. $5.00 flat rate               under $25.

    - Express (1–2 business days) — $15.00

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Carrier and delivery

We ship via USPS with tracking included on every order. After shipment, Standard orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days and Express in 1–2 business days. Carrier delays can occur during holidays and peak periods, and those are outside our control.

How we pack

Graded slabs are secured in a protective holder, padded, and shipped in a bubble mailer or box so your card arrives exactly as photographed.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at info@duxburytradingpost.com with photos of the packaging and item. We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
